Taco Boats
Ingredients
- ½ brown onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1x packet Mexican Vince
- Extra spices if you want more heat
- 4x tacos boats
Toppings:
- Red onion, diced
- Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- ½ avocado, cut into small chunks
- Grated cheese
Method:
1. Dice onion and garlic cloves
2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add in onion and garlic when hot and saute til cooked.
3. Prepare Vince according to packet instructions.
4. Add Vince into the pan and stir through.
5. Prep toppings for taco boat.
6. Assemble and enjoy!
